This lot at 220 West 6th Street in the Argenta Historic District recently sold of $55,000.  The lot is a standard Argenta lot measuring  50' by 140' and is vacant. Reportedly the new owner plans to build a single family home on the lot.  I used to own this lot and the adjacent lots several years ago and since then it has gone through at least two owners.  I sold this lot for slightly less than $30,000 several years ago.  There are very few empty lots in Argenta.  The lesson here is BUY NOW!!!.  Houses and lots are only going up in price as Argenta is rapidly becoming THE neighborhood to live in.

A Crye-Leike "Sold" sign popped up at 233 Melrose Circle sometime this weekend. I've been told by neighbors that Argenta Uber-Realtor Christine Slocomb was the agent. Will post more info as soon as I have it....
