Great neighborhoods are defined by a sense of place. But what is that sense of place? We know it when we see it. When we see the vibrant stores and restaurants with pedestrians strolling along the sidewalks. It is somewhere we enjoy and want to be. Somwhere where we are comfortable, safe and not overwhelmed by traffic, large parking lots or tall buildings. However you define it, Argenta seems to have that sense of place. There is much more to be done and we have to make sure we stay true to what brought us here, local businesses, committment to historic preservation and pedestrian friendly environments.
