Jody Hardin's report on this weekend's Certified Arkansas Farmer's Market is on the jump.
Hello Locavore's,
Saturday's "Certified Arkansas Farmers' Market" will be open 7 a.m. until 11 a.m., in Argenta (downtown North Little Rock).
The number of farmers is growing smaller, but there will still be about five of us there this weekend.
The products that I have confirmed are:
Pecans Apples Honey (a new honey vendor who will be with us next year, too, and a good friend of Harvey's Honey) Greens Radishes --A limited supply of cheese from Daley Dairy at the Foodshed Farm booth. Beefalo (limited cuts) Persimmons (wild) limited
Thanks for your continual support of our new farmer's market. Note that next weekend will be the Basket A Month pickup in Argenta. (please do not reply to this email).
