 The above photo is from a resident who lives in the 500 block of Fifth Street. Here's what they had to say: "Attached is a picture of the alley behind my house ... covered in fallen branches, totally impassable for nearly a block. We lost power shortly after midnight; it was restored around 4 a.m. I'm told the electric dept replaced a transformer in the middle of the night."
