So earlier today I'm just sitting at home, minding my own, when I glance out the window and here comes Don Chambers, zipping up Willow Street on -- I kid you not -- an electric tricycle. He was too quick for me to get out there with my camera, but I promise I will track him down and get a picture and the whole story as soon as possible....
