This just in from Blake Hardcastle, who was a long-time resident of Melrose Divide:

I just wanted to let everyone know that my house has sold and I will be leaving the neighboorhood.  There is a nice young couple that will be moving in the end of the month.  Please everyone make them feel welcome.  They are so excited about living in Argenta.  Good news for property values on the circle and divide, my house sold for about $90 per sf.  I will miss living in Argenta but am looking forward to having some space as my new house is almost triple the size of what I have now.
