Neighborhood angel and long-time Argenta CDC director Rosemary Hamel celebrated her birthday today with a family gathering at her Fourth Street home. Pictured below are (clockwise from bottom left) Rosemary, granddaughter Allison Klucher, grandson-in-law Matt Klucher, daughter Monty Richard and daughter Jenifer Hamel.
