7th and Orange house sale |

The house at the corner of 7th and Orange streets has sold. Argenta's own Christine Slocomb was the Realtor who handled the sale, and she says it should close by Friday. More details on the new neighbors -- who I'm told are already Argenta News readers -- as soon as I get it! Christine also said there could be a couple more home sales in the neighborhood soon. I will keep you posted -- or, if you see the "Sold" sign go up, let me know!
