The Yellow Book (that other book) phone directories were hand delivered Wednesday to houses in Argenta.  I recieved an e-mail from a resident concerned thet these books were put out to every house, even the obviously vacant houses.  The  e-mail suggested Yellow Book be fined for littering.  While I agree in principle, our police have more important things to do.  Just do what I do at the vacant house next door to me.  Pick the books up fromt the vacant houses and recycle them.  At least then something good will come of the things
