Now that Alltel has been sold to Verizon, should we rename Alltel Arena? My suggestion is Verizon Venue. What is your new name suggestion for Alltel Arena?

I would think it would have to depend on what services Alltel has that verizon will keep. Like the My Circle thing. It could be renamed "The circle Arena, and all concerts would have to be started by Saying "can you hear me now?" having been an Alltel customer for about 4 years now I am anxious to see what changes are going to be made. There is allready a Verizon arena somewhere, I think in Atlanta(but not sure where) We could call it the "Network Arena" or a more Local name like "Argenta Arena" or even get another local big name bussiness to sponsor and name it. I just don't think it should be named the "Patrick H Hayes Arena". How about "Riverfront arena" or "Dogtown Arena" That might be a howling success. |

Alltel bought naming rights for 20 years, so 2019 is the expiration date.
