 The hot dog stand that was approved by the NLR City Council was open for business for lunch on Thursday. The stand was open at Galaxy Furniture next to City Hall on main Street. They quickly sold out of all their Nathan's hot dogs and were scrambling to cook more. Mayor Hays was one of the first day's customers and reportedly enjoyed his dog. No report on what the Mayor likes on his dog, so if anyone knows let us know here.
