On July 4th the AR Democrat will be sponsoring "Pops on the River".  The Arkansas Symphony will begin playing at the Little Rock Amphitheater at 8:30 pm with the fireworks scheduled to begin at 9:30 pm.  I am still looking for a radio station that simulcasts the symphony, so I can lsiten on my radio in my backyard while watching the fireworks. Some of the best views of the fireworks will be from Argenta. This means there will be thousands of people parking in Argenta and walking to Riverfront Park to watch the fireworks.  This in combination with the Traveler ballgane at Dickey-Stephens means parkig will be tight in Argenta that night.  There will also likely be strangers throwing firecrackers in the neighborhood as they walk to and from their cars.
